We Have More Than 5+ Years of Experience
Incept Holdings (Pvt) Ltd (I Holdings) stands today as a premium construction company engaged in all types of civil construction work, mechanical, electrical, plumbing & air conditioning work in Sri Lanka.
Founded by Mr. Nimesha Dilshan and Chandani Priyangika, the company started in 2019 as a small-scale construction service provider. Through hard work and team dedication, the business became a limited liability company in 2020 and was registered as Incept Holdings (Pvt) Ltd.
In 2021, we obtained ICTAD C7, EM5 & SP5 grading and completed numerous private and institutional projects. As the company expanded in 2022, we achieved ICTAD C6, EM4 & SP4 grading from the Government.
As a C6 contractor, we undertake construction activities including houses, apartments, hotels, institutions, factories, and multi-story buildings. As an EM4 contractor, we deliver MEP-related construction work, air conditioning work, and heavy steel fabrications. As a SP4 contractor, we focus on aluminium fabrications, pool construction, and waterproofing work.
We are committed to delivering unique solid finishes to every construction we undertake, using modern technologies and techniques to ensure total customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
