Yes. Incept Holdings (Pvt) Ltd holds ICTAD C6 grading for building construction, EM4 for electrical and mechanical (MEP) works, and SP4 for specialised works. The company first obtained C7, EM5 and SP5 grading in 2021 and was upgraded to C6, EM4 and SP4 grading in 2022.
As a C6 grade contractor, Incept Holdings undertakes houses, apartments, hotels, institutional buildings, factories and multi-storey buildings. C6 grading is issued by the Institute for Construction Training and Development (ICTAD/CIDA) and defines the value and complexity of contracts a company is authorised to undertake.
Incept Holdings provides design and build solutions, building construction, post-tensioning works, steel and aluminium fabrication, MEP (mechanical, electrical and plumbing) works including air conditioning, waterproofing solutions, and renovation and refurbishment. All services are delivered in-house under a single point of responsibility.

Incept Holdings (Pvt) Ltd was founded in 2019 by R.I.B Nimesha Dilshan, who serves as Founder and CEO, together with co-founder Chandani Priyangika. That gives the company 6+ years of construction experience, and it employs between 20 and 50 people.
Yes. Incept Holdings provides a comprehensive structural warranty covering waterproofing, structural stability and system integrity for two decades. Warranty scope is confirmed in writing as part of each project contract.

Yes. The Design and Build service combines architectural design with construction delivery, so one company is accountable from concept through to handover. This removes the coordination gap between separate designers and contractors, which is a common source of delay and cost variation.
